First we distill English barley spirit with ten carefully selected botanicals in our copper still, which is, and we're a little overexcited about this, the first such still to launch in London since 1820. Then we blend it with the exceptionally pure water of Lydwell Spring, the source of the Thames. The result is a London Dry Gin that is smooth, full of character and exploding with flavour.
